Why is it that Mother`s day is only celebrated once year - when in fact a mother never stops mothering her children 365 days of any 12 month period, therefore making mothers day - every day. Remember the saying "You only have one mother" well never a truer word spoken.
However, tradition upholds and the calendar date remains the same (13t May) and sadly to say, so do the mother day gifts too. Is it any surprise that moms are never really surprised deep down at the presents she receives because of this? However a mother will never show disappointment and will gratefully express her gratitude - no matter how small the trinket. Or never will she turn up her nose at the duplication of gifts that stand on her dressing table. Duplication comes in the form of flowers, chocolates, Jewelry ornaments etc. Never duplicate the gesture of breakfast in bed - other wise mummy may end up like Bessie Bunter.
